Alumni Global Search S.L. is a Spanish company, registered at the Commercial Registry of Madrid (Volume: 31005 Sheet: 197 Section: 8 Page: M558088 Inscription: 3 ), with Tax ID number: B-86706504 with corporate address at C/ Génova 11 piso 2º izda 28001, Madrid (hereinafter AGS), operates in the areas of training, human resources, job placement and services, and is the owner of a web site on the Internet https://www.bewanted.com (hereinafter the Web Site), by means of which it makes information available to its Users and provides certain services with the aim of finding employment for them. The Web Site can be accessed from several Internet domains or addresses, the main one being: https://www.Bewanted.com
Introduction and purpose
Via the Web Site, AGS provides access to and use of a number of services and contents for its Users (hereinafter, the "Services") that are made available by AGS or third parties. These terms and conditions set out to establish and regulate general access to the Web Site, as well as the contents and services provided by AGS or third parties from and/or via said Web Site.
Access and general use of the Web Site attribute the condition of user thereof (hereinafter, the User), and necessarily imply full and unconditional acceptance of each and every provision in the terms and conditions for access and use thereof.
The User is expressly aware and acknowledges that these conditions may undergo changes in future at the discretion of AGS and with no obligation to give prior notice. The User shall therefore be solely responsible for verifying the terms and conditions currently in force every time he or she decides to use the Web Site.
Levels of access and registration of users
Mere access to the Web Site is generally free. However, AGS has established conditions for access to certain areas of the Web Site and the use of all its Services that require completion of the appropriate User registration form.
For all intents and purposes, access to the Web Site via User identification from social networks is regarded as User registration and necessarily implies unreserved acceptance with no objection whatsoever of these general terms and conditions.
Likewise, AGS may make certain Services available to its Users, the use of which may require completion of additional registration forms and/or the settlement of certain financial considerations. In this case, said registration shall be carried out in the manner expressly indicated in the service itself or in the particular conditions that regulate it.
Any User of AGS must be of legal age. The User declares in any case that he or she is at least 18 years of age.
The User guarantees that the above declaration and the registration data submitted to AGS is true, and is responsible for keeping said information completely up to date for the duration of his/her condition as User. In any case, the User shall be solely liable for any false or inexact declarations he or she makes and for any damages caused to AGS or third parties as a result of the information he or she provides.
AGS reserves the right to deny registration at the Web Site. Said refusal does not confer the right to compensation of any kind. Once the registration process has been satisfactorily completed, AGS shall register the User in its data base of registered Users. An account shall be created for each User with his or her electronic mail address and associated "password".
Obligations of the user
The obligations to be followed by the User, without prejudice to any others arising from the clauses in his document, are as follows:
- The User is obliged to guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the registration data entered in the AGS information systems and shall update it as often as is necessary. In any case, the User shall be solely liable for any false or inexact declarations he or she makes and for any damages caused to AGS or third parties as a result of the information he or she provides.
- The User should diligently safeguard the "user login" and "password" facilitated by AGS, and prevent access by unauthorised third parties to thereby ensure confidentiality.
- The User should immediately notify AGS of any signs of a violation of security of the Web Site, or of inappropriate or prohibited use of the services provided therein, or of security failures of any kind.
- The User should make good use of the contents, information and services provided at or via the Web Site, in accordance with the law, good faith and generally accepted moral standards and good practice, and undertakes to:
- Abstain from practices or uses that are unlawful, fraudulent or which are detrimental to the rights and interests of AGS or third parties, or which violate the provisions of this contract or the Particular Conditions that regulate the services provided at or via the Web Site.
- Abstain from any type of action that might render useless, overload or damage the systems, equipment or services of the Web Site or those that are directly or indirectly accessible via the Web Site.
- Respect the intellectual and industrial copyright of AGS and third parties with regard to the contents, information and services provided at or via the Web Site, and in general abstain from copying, distributing, reproducing or communicating said contents, information and services to third parties, unless express written authorisation to do so has been received from AGS or from the holders of said rights.
Intellectual and indrustial copyright
All the software and contents of the Web Site, including: html code, texts, animations, images, etc. as well as any trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs that are displayed, are the property of AGS or of third parties, and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial copyright law.
Any incorrect use of the Web Site, including reproduction, distribution, transmission re-edition, adjustment or representation of any elements therein is strictly prohibited without prior express authorisation in writing by AGS.
AGS informs you that the personal data provided by Users in the forms on the Web Site shall be stored in a personal data file and kept under its responsibility for management of the contracted services. This personal data file shall be registered at the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
AGS complies at all times with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter the LOPD), Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the Regulation for the development of the LOPD (hereinafter the RLOPD) and other regulatory instruments currently in force, and ensures proper use and treatment of the User's personal data. To this end, in each personal data collection form AGS shall inform the User as to the particular conditions of the treatment of his data in each case, in accordance with the provisions of the above mentioned regulations.
Likewise, in accordance with the aforementioned personal data protection laws, AGS warns that the data provided by the User may be communicated to a third party for purposes directly related to the provision of the service that the User has contracted via the Web Site. Therefore, the User expressly authorises AGS to proceed with the communication or, when appropriate, transfer of the personal data and information facilitated in the registration and/or contracting process for the Services. In this regard, the sole reason for disclosure of data to a third party shall be limited to development, compliance and control of the legal relationship established between between the User and AGS. The third party that receives the data from AGS shall undertake to use it exclusively as per the directions given by AGS, and shall also strictly comply with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations referred.
AGS may likewise use the User's data to conduct statistical studies to improve its services in line with User preferences.
AGS undertakes to comply with the duty of confidentiality with regard to personal data and its obligation to store data using the security measures imposed by legislation currently in force to prevent unauthorised alteration, loss, treatment or access. The User guarantees that the data provided during registration is true, exact and complete. The User also undertakes to update the personal information, therefore if any modification to the data provided is required, the User shall update it in writing to any of the addresses below.
The User may exercise, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations, any rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, expressed in writing to AGS Ref. Datos, (Madrid, C/ Génova 11 piso 2º izda 28001), with an attached photocopy of the User's currently valid National Identity Card or equivalent document, or via electronic mail to email@example.com, with the same documents as an attachment, indicating UNSUBSCRIBE. It is also possible to unsubscribe from our newsletters and communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom.
In the registration and service contracting processes, the only data required with regard to the purpose of the Service shall be marked with an obligatory data asterisk to indicate that it is essential for the service to be provided.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on services for the information society and electronic commerce, (hereinafter the "LSSI"), in this act the User, when accepting the terms and conditions, gives express consent to AGS to inform and advertise its services and activities using any media, including electronic communications. The aforementioned communications may include but are not limited to participation in prize draws, invitations to events, gifts, invitations to participate in surveys, corporate information or sales activities concerning the services offered by AGS or sales information provided by third parties from the education, training, financial, mass consumption, vehicle, distance selling, leisure and culture sectors.
The User may object at any time to the treatment of his or her data with these promotional ends by exercising his or her rights to access, rectification, erasure and objection via the aforementioned addresses.
What are cookies?A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your computer when you access certain web pages. Amongst other things, cookies enable a web page to store and recover information about a User's browsing habits and his or her device, and, depending on the information they contain and the way the User operate his/her device, they can be used to recognise the user.

Exclusion of warranties

In both cases AGS cannot control or supervise said content. AGS shall be held harmless to the maximum extent permitted by Law from any liability of any class arising from the existence or possibility to access to said contents.
Security and Privacy:AGS shall reasonably employ the resources available to it to provide security systems that reasonably protect its systems and the data contained therein against deliberate attacks, malware, etc. However, the User understands and accepts the factors involved in the provision of services via the Internet, given the open, decentralised and global nature of this communications network. Consequently AGS does not guarantee the impregnability of its security systems or the privacy of the information stored therein. AGS shall be held harmless to the maximum extent permitted by Law from any liability of any class caused by security failures in the Web Site and any consequences that might arise as a result.
Interruptions and/or Suspension of the System:In general terms, the services shall be provided uninterruptedly on the Internet. However, the User is warned that AGS does not guarantee said continuity in any way due to the nature of the medium by which the services are provided.
The User understands and accepts the factors involved in the provision of the services given the open, decentralised and global nature of the network. Situations that can temporarily interrupt service provision include, without limitation, the following:
- Maintenance work on the data servers and/or lines
- Breakdowns in the data servers and/or lines
- Deliberate attacks against the security and integrity of the system
- Computer virus or malicious code in the pages that are a part of or are accessible from the Web Site
AGS shall be held harmless to the maximum extent permitted by Law from any liability of any class arising from the temporary interruption of availability of the Web Site on the Internet.
The User is informed that AGS may at any time, at its discretion and with no obligation to give prior notice, permanently suspend the presence of the Web Site on the Internet and the services provided therein, without prejudice to the provisions in the appropriate Particular Conditions. AGS shall be held harmless of any liabilities of any kind arising from whatever consequences brought about by the permanent suspension of the services.
Voluntary deregistration, exclusion and liabilities
Any User may request deregistration at any time as a user of the Web Site. AGS shall have 30 days to study the situation of said User as regards all the services that he or she has subscribed to, so that it can issue invoices for the consumption of services that are pending payment when the request is received.
If no amount is pending liquidation or payment, the deregistration shall take immediate effect. Otherwise, deregistration shall take place when AGS receives payment for said amount.
The User is liable for the good use of the Web Site and the services contracted in or via the pages. Any inappropriate use of the services by the User shall lead to immediate exclusion from the Web Site and the loss of his or her condition of registered User thereof, along with the loss of any right to compensation and without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by AGS in this regard.
The inclusion of false personal and/or professional details provided by the User during the registration process for the Web Site or any of the services that are provided from or via said site shall lead to the immediate exclusion from the Web Site with the loss of his or her condition of registered User thereof, along with the loss of any right to compensation and without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by AGS or by third parties in this regard.
Any kind of action taken by the User that might endanger or damage the systems, equipment or services that are directly or indirectly accessible via the Web Site shall lead to the immediate exclusion from the Web Site with the loss of his or her condition of registered User thereof, along with the loss of any right to compensation and without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by AGS or by third parties in this regard.
Any kind of action taken by the User that contravenes these Terms and Conditions, the Particular Conditions regulating specific services, the Law or generally accepted moral standards and good practices shall lead to the immediate exclusion from the Web Site with the loss of his or her condition of registered User thereof, along with the loss of any right to compensation and without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by AGS in this regard.
The User shall be solely liable for any claims, legal, judicial or extra-judicial action taken by third parties against the User or AGS, for the use of the services that is contrary to the law, morality, good faith and generally accepted moral standards and good practice.
AGS has placed a contact address at the heading of these terms and conditions for any notifications.
The electronic mail address provided by the User during the Web Site registration process shall be the one used by AGS for sending notifications to the User.
The User is obliged to keep the data duly updated for the purposes of notifications referred to in this clause.
All notifications sent by AGS to the User are considered to have been validly carried out if the data and the media mentioned above are used. AGS shall not be liable for any damages arising from any infringement by the User of his or her obligation to keep his/her contact details updated.
Validity and full agreement
The declaration that a clause contained in these terms and conditions is null and void or invalid shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other clauses.
These terms and conditions of the services provided by AGS via the Web Site constitute a comprehensive agreement between the parties, and shall be considered to be of a higher rank than any previous written or verbal agreement, understanding, affirmation, representation, negotiation or proposal regarding this subject matter.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Web Site is governed by Spanish legislation. Alumni Global Search S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might have recourse, do hereby submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
