Offer description We are currently looking for a proactive and detail oriented Account Manager, with experience in both telephone and online support, to support our Global Client Base. The ideal candidate would have experience in dealing with customer support / help desk, is comfortable with technology / Internet and is motivated by the opportunity to engage with clients and manage relationships.

Reporting to the VP of Account Management, the responsibilities include:
Configuring client accounts
Responding to client support emails and calls
Performing regular online training sessions
Maintenance of support materials and client knowledge center
Forge strong relationships with our customers and industry
partners
Provide expert assistance to hotels on how to benefit from ourproduct, and provide expertise on Social Media practices
Facilitate educational sessions for hoteliers on key product
functionalities
Provide expertise on the Online Reputation Management Space
Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that they are
informed on progress being made with their customers
Identify and suggest possible product enhancements based on usability and feedback received from customers
Attend key networking events/trade fairs to build relationships with our customers
Applicant description Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess Fluent (Proficiency/Native) level of English and Spanish, Portuguese would be beneficial
2 years experience in the Hospitality or OTA industry
A strong understanding of ecommerce and how the evolution affects the success of hotels
Ability to work with multiple teams
Excellent communication skills
Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills
Good telephone manner
Excellent listening skills
Advanced technology user
High level of organizational skills with the ability to work
well under pressure and manage client expectations
