We are currently looking for a finance intern (with the expectation to take the word “intern” out of the name after the internship) to work directly with the Finance Manager. The duration of the internship is expected to last around 3 months to begin with high probability of extending it. We are interested in talented individuals with a high level of motivation and sense of responsibility (we are quite flexible so we need highly responsible individuals) that will support the development finance department as a whole: from process definition to promoting new fresh ideas along the way (Creativity is a must). What do we need from you? - Be the go-to person for support in the Finance department - Maximize VAT returns by being on top of company expenses - Facilitate flow of information to our external accountants - Generate monthly invoicing to clients - Assist in managing payables and receivables - Reporting and analyzing financial data - Contact client and vendors - Assist in the selection of strategic providers

What should be the ideal profile? - Should have knowledge of principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis - Assistance in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports - Good written and spoken English and Spanish as you will be joining an international team - We need you to be creative, brave, a fast learner and proactive: we are doing things from scratch! - We are constantly moving we need a positive and solution-based attitude - Familiarity the transport industry and previous working experience in a trucking company is a PLUS - Strong communication skills and taking ownership of projects
