·         Follow and support TL, SL and the staff to spread all the  LEAN/6sigma initiatives: o    QRQC (quality control tool), 5S programs, GAP & GRP issues solution groups... o    Communication kits o    Training (LOFT) ·         Implement first LEAN/6sigma initiatives in local Supply Chain Study/create/modify/update of instruction sheet labs for different phases of the production line as needed. Incidences analysis: rejects, systems errors. Help, coach and train Production TL to analyze and implement improvements/solutions using LEAN Tools.
