The Process Engineer perform the following activities:   Continuous improvement execution ·         Use Lean Six Sigma techniques and tools (e.g. Value Steam Mapping or Statistical Process Control) to find out continuous improvement opportunities in processes. ·         Help to facilitate Kaizen events and other group dynamics to systematically improve processes. ·         Participate in project -related to continuous Improvement, being part of the project team as an analyst and facilitator. ·         Establish and follow-up reports to measure the impact of these initiatives. ·         Automation of processes through Robotics   Continuous improvement coaching and training ·         Promote the use of Process Framework within bank teams by using it on a daily basis.   Process Framework ·         Develop process dashboard using a Statistical Process Control approach to put under control variability across processes. ·         Use the Process Framework to map processes in order to improve them. ·         Process rising, discovery and modelling.  

Applicant description

Qualifications: Must have University Graduate / student in Engineering or related disciplines (e.g Maths, Physics). Strong analytical skills. User-level skills in IT process-related tools (Data mining, RPA, application development). Knowledge / experience in process rising and modelling. Fluent in English.   Appreciated & nice to have Engineering degree with IT curricula (Electronical / automation, IT, Telecommunications), or proven software development skills in any language (C, Java, Phyton, etc.) Database modelling / query execution knowledge (SQL). Advanced Excel skills. Process improvement technics / methods knowledge Experience leading teams, in professional or not professional activities (sports trainer, events organization, volunteer activities, etc.) Knowledge / experience in modelling tools (ARIS, Archimate) Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban) knowledge / experience. Fluent in Spanish.
