Providing customer support
working with the Support Centre to troubleshoot faults and carry out
change requests
Delivery of Project Services
across Vendor’s for the following activities
Survey
Audit
Design
Build
Configuration
Testing
Maintaining customer
documentation
Clarifying a client's
system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature
of their business
Analysing system
requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice
on the use of systems
6 months duration
Westcon will spend 10.000€ in
training and professionals certifications
9:00h-18:00h

Last year or recent graduates
from technical studies
Availability for a full time
schedule (40 hours/week)
