Offer description The main tasks will be primarily in 4 key areas:
1) Development and implementation of the B2C (121, POSM, on outer promos) and B2B plans to implement the approved Operational Plan.
- Ownership the campaigns and projects from beginning to end.
- Manage project budget.
- Liaise with suppliers for consumer incentives and POSM.
- Ensure campaign monitoring, post-implementation reviews and learning application.
- Align with legal and CORA to ensure compliance with local regulation and BAT Marketing Principles.
2) Responsible for launches of new products, implementing the cross-border opportunities (“Fit for growth portfolio”) and TPD briefs.
- Develop new product development briefs on time.
- Monitoring stock and write-off levels to ensure successful and efficient launch.
3) Ensure compliance with BAT Way of Working Pre-Bars, Cycle Presentations, Post- Implementation Reviews, Dviews and Operational Plan
4) Support in creating enthusiasm and pride of belonging for ROI by organising internal engagement and internal communications.
