Offer description OVERALL OBJECTIVES
To plan and implement, in coordination with business development direction, country-specific commercial plans and tactics to meet strategic and annual goals
To implement specific strategies to drive appropriate referrals within the target market into our customer base
To perform market research, marketing communication, customer education and sales to ensure market penetration and attainment of overall country and regional goals
MAIN TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively selling and developing our business with a particular focus on regional area of responsibility. Achieve yearly defined objectives relative to market penetration, business development and market share
Help to develop and implement country-specific marketing plans. Determine positioning of products to maximize market penetration and growth of the business in area of responsibility
Incorporate input from customers, country sales and clinical, reimbursement, health policy and technical areas
To provide support to customers on the use of our products to consolidate sales and recurrent turnover
Prepare and complete country-specific sales and marketing reports related to the Business
Maintain contact with KOLs and other health care professionals through participation in medical organizations, conventions, sales calls and other customer contacts to better understand the market and respond to market needs
Ensure the definition and prioritization of customer requirements to meet market needs, working closely with Business Development team
Develop relationships with patient advocacy groups to implement market awareness and acceptance programs
Help to design and implement tracking systems to measure impact of programs following implementation
Applicant description KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
University degree, preferably in healthcare area. We will consider in any case any profile that may suit the position in terms of skills and attitude
Strong English skills is a must
Other languages will be positively considered, such as Spanish, Italian or others
Advanced Marketing degree or business/commercial training will be a plus
JOB EXPERIENCE
We are considering various profiles with varying degrees of experience
Relevant experience (preferably 2+ years) for junior profiles, over 5 years of relevant experience for senior profiles
Training & education experience to others including talking to audiences and demo performing
COMPETENCIES
Strong communication and verbal skills
Social profile able to establish relationships and connections with customers
Persistent person but with tact to delicately pursue objectives in a successful way
Proven track record to work independently while being also a team player
Oriented to results. Track record achieving country objectives
Highly motivated, “can do” attitude with strong influence management skills
Able to travel extensively when required, at international level
