Offer description Key Responsibilities:
Gathers all relevant data for payroll purposes.
Ensures that payroll transactions are completed in accordance with the given deadlines.
Control and instruct transactional accounting activities accounts payable accounts
receivable, bank reconciliations, closing & reporting including general ledger on a monthly
basis.
Generate treasury accounting records for income and expenses.
Perform monthly invoicing, after reconciliation of collections.
Supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and communication procedures
to ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Financial management of local entity operations
Support the coordination of financial between US & México
Requisites:
Flawless oral and written English
Accountable & Administration Skills
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
