Your training
It all begins with our Global Induction Program, where you’ll have the chance to network in one location with your fellow graduates from around the world. Our senior leaders will share their vision for Deutsche Bank with you, and then you’ll receive training on HR-specific practices, including people management and HR trends. Through a dynamic, interactive and hands-on approach, we’ll provide you with some of the best technical and soft-skills training available. Your program
Expect to have real responsibility and accountability from the day you join HR. You’ll give employee advice, facilitate workforce decisions and work on large-scale initiatives. In your new role, you’ll rotate between different areas of HR. This may include one of our HR product specialist groups such as Talent Acquisition, Reward, Employee Relations or Talent & Development. It may also include exposure to a broad-knowledge Business Partner/HR Advisory role or our Chief Operating Office. You’ll spend about three months in each rotation. Throughout the program, you’ll develop a powerful network of global HR colleagues. As part of your continuous development, you’ll also be involved in a global project that you’ll be asked to present to the senior HR management team.
The skills you'll need
Working in HR requires superior judgment, a proactive approach and client focus. A strong team player, you’ll hone your interpersonal skills to satisfy a wide range of people, needs and situations. You’ll have the opportunity to work with colleagues and clients from around the world. So you’ll also need an appreciation of diverse global cultures.
