Offer description The HR Assistant/ Intern is required to provide local support to the HR team in all general processes, including recruiting, training, HR events/initiatives management and daily general tasks. Key to success in this role is to have a good communication and interpersonal skills, along with an understanding of A.T. Kearney’s HR policies and a genuine interest in the human resources field.
Role’s Responsibilities:
- General Administrative
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all physical personnel records for ATK employees in SpainAttend and participate in administrative team meetings and/or eventsAssume ownership or shared responsibility for planning, organizing and executing projectsParticipate with special projects as required
- Recruiting & Training
Answer the Human Resources hotline, responding to various types of questions or referring the inquirer to the appropriate department and/or contact person Provide support to the HR team when necessary:
- Onboarding process
-Recruiting activities (resources, materials, logistics…)
- Candidate’s management in the recruiting tool – TALEO
- Interviews scheduling and debriefing with consultants’ teams
Provide support to the HR team in the coordination of Recruiting & Training events (Logistics, room and material set up, attendees coordination, support to training faculty…)
