Offer description Identify and propose attractive real
estate markets with potential to develop MIRA communities (macro
indicators, demographic patterns, and real estate dynamics)
Prepare market studies (residential, retail and office), relevant
competition, location assessment, sales comparable and development costs
for sites under review.
DCF underwritings (Financial Modeling) for mixed-use urban projects
based on best uses of land.
Support Associates in preparing Investment Presentations and
Memoranda for Senior Management.
Support Associates in preparing Investment Memoranda for the
Investment Committee.
Support in process to formally close acquisitions (legal contracts
and trust structures).
Applicant description BA in Finance/Business
Administration/Economics, BS in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Chemical)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Office Advanced (Excel, Word,
Power-Point)
Experience in Private Equity / Investment
Banking/ Consulting desireble
Real Estate industry desirable
