- Solving service problems
- Constantly updates of system information & changes
Applicant description Requisites:
1. Business level of English and Spanish
2. MCSE/MCITP course
3. PC Problems, network layout understanding.
4. CCNA, knowledge in VolP would be an advantage
5. Having worked in a call center environment would be a plus
