Offer description You will be responsible to:
Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for the corporate clients as well as remote users.Work with the GSD to record all client inquiries, from initial call to incident resolution.Maintain records of hardware and software inventory.Become proficient in the software tools utilized by the deskside support team.Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, copier and local-area network access problems working with the other tower leads on cross functional troubleshooting efforts.Gather experience as an EUC L2 support analyst.Assists in creating documentation materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQs).Work together with the EMEA EUC team on problem resolution. Our EMEA EUC team is a widely multinational-multidisciplinary team of individuals with a huge IT know-how and experience. Rotate in other IT disciplines (network, security, etc…) to gather a more deep understanding in the IT world.?
Applicant description Computer science, computer engineering studies. English is a must (B1 or better). Teamwork skills.
