Offer description Work hand by hand with LEAN Program Engineer to finish LEAN actions for 2016/7 road-mapFollow and support TL to maintain LEAN level for actions done in Q1 and Q2 2016/7: QRQC (quality control tool) 5S programs Communication kits TrainingAnalyses and create with LEAN Engineer next detailed road-map for 2017/8Study/create/modify/update of instruction sheet labs for different phases of the production line. Create and standard to implement LOFT Training following LEAN project road-map.Incidences analysis: rejects, systems errors. Help, coach and train Production TL to analyze and implement improvements/solutions using LEAN Tools.
