Offer description The Payroll Assistant will support the increasing workload in the Payroll department during the peak season in the Central Development Services, being responsible for the following duties: • Assistance in the hiring process (social security, TA1 forms, payroll system, etc.).• Support employees to complete 145, 147 and 030 models/forms (tax agency).• Preparation of terminations and delivering final settlement to the employees. Provide general advice to employees on these matters.• Bank transfers related to temporary contract terminations.• Support the Payroll responsible with the monthly payroll process.• Summer holiday’s backup for the Payroll Advisor.
Applicant description Qualifications required:• Degree on Labour Relationships or similar university studies.• Previous experience in HR or Payroll departments will be a plus.• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (please note that English is the working language for this role).• Demonstrated skills on MS Excel, Word and Outlook.• Capacity to be flexible & collaborative, while staying focused to deliver results, even as the business requirements changes.
