This position exists to support Sales Administration Area helping to guarantee with excel models the administration and control of main processes in the area: * FSF Payroll according compensation scheme and achievements. * Working office tools guaranteeing efficient processes to avoid delays that impact the business. (Utilitary cars, laptops, cellphones). * Trade materials distribution (TM materials, uniforms, training kits, etc). * Budgel control. (T&E expeses, combos, sales incentives, etc). MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSABILITY: Design an Excel  Model  to validate Supervisors and merchandisers Payroll calculation, letting to identify easily differences to be review with Agency.  In preparation for Agency personnel takeover, defines internal system to be developed by JTI to personnel and payroll administration according to JTI policies. Work in analysis and scorecards ad hoc to give visibility to the team for making decisions.Design an Excel  Model  to mantein updated working tools inventory and assignation. Continue developing Trade resources and materiales  inventory and distribution system (with Promotecnicas)Continue developing T&E exenses  system (with Promotecnicas).Support to Sales Administration Area in all activities related to combos, sales incentives, free product with information consolidating and analysis ad hoc. *Based on your evaluations, you will have the opportunity to make an internship summer program at JTI offices in South America with all expenses included.
