Offer description Our chosen candidate will be executing important back-office as well as front-office tasks from our office in Rivas Vaciamadrid. Our candidate will be following our Senior Sales Assistant and Sales Manager on a day to day basis and report to the Sales Manager.Some of the taks are:- Treat purchase orders from all B2B customers according to company standards.- Liaise with administration, accounting, purchasing, logistics and externally with clients.-Treat Amazon incidents - non-commercial (eg. EAN does not correspond to ASIN, product arrived is different from the order, quality problems, etc.).- Business Development with international as well as national clients
Applicant description Last year student at University, Business school or similar.Fluent in English, Spanish and at least a 3rd language. More languages are welcome.Computer Skills: Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), Internet, etc.Motivated person, multicultural profile, open minded with a positive winning attitude.-Interest in Sales and Fashion.-Analytical person, vision for the business and especially of improvements of processes.-Resolute person to manage incidents and focused on the achievement of objectives. -It is important to be proactive as all employees are a team. Sales cannot function -without the help of the other departments and vice versa.
