We have a position for a tallented and ambitious Collections Specialist with proven success in the Collections function and a good level of English.Role description The Collections and Customer Support overarching role includes customer Onboarding and related Collections processes. Verification of customers identity and fraud detection.Ensure quality control over customer’s financial income and affordability. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory protocols and data protection procedures. Support daily, weekly and month-end processes and reporting routines.Control loan disbursement and report deviations and performance metrics.Observe daily, weekly and monthly KPIs performance metrics. Provide support to Management team in ad-hoc projects and analysis.Assistance in the preparation of deliverables to the Group's Management, Auditors and regulatory bodies.You will draft functional specifications for projects and processes.Ensure integrity is observed throughout all teams and processes.Make actionable recommendations for business and services improvement. Focus on cost reduction, efficiency improvements and customer satisfaction.Design manuals and operating procedures for diverse teams and functions or processes.
Descripción del candidato What you should posses Ability to assume ownership addressing functional needs.Possess complex problem solving ability via analysis, judgement and decision making.Strong emotional inteligence while showing empathy.Healthy level of curiosity and desire to contribute with creativity and innovation.Deep understanding of critical conflict points in processes involving financial transactions with customers, particularly with collections. Hands-on experience in negotiating with customers the collection of their debts, payment plans and other effective mechanisms.Skills and knowledge Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is desirable.Demonstrated experience working with established collections tools. LanguagesSpanish native level.English proficency.EducationYou have earned a Bachelor’s Degree education.
