Descripción de la invitación Local Project Assistant- Organization of a yearly event &
exhibition (12.000m²) for the most innovative retailer- 150 days / year (Full time April-Sept / partial other period)
You’ll assist the Country Project Manager in the local coordination, sales and
account management of the project, especially in the following tasks:·
Negotiation and
coordination of the suppliers with d-side support (AV, venue, furniture, security,
catering...)·
Design & follow
up of technical implementation plans·
Overall
coordination of on-site implementation (Built-up, set-up and dismantling:
stands, fresh market, concept, meeting rooms)·
Ensure the
efficient and performant execution in the field through onsite permanence and
support during event & operations·
Assist in the the
coordination of the exhibitors (booking of stand and material, follow-up of the
registrations and invoicing, support and reporting of the project)Direct report to Country Project Manager
Functional report to
d-side Operation Director
