Descripción de la invitación After an initial formation, this Assistant will be responsible for the good running of the office regarding organizational and administrative aspects: telephone and visitors’ attention, agenda management, preparation of dossiers and presentations, with special attention to the corporative image, management and follow-up of providers, update of contents in web and other digital platforms and high quality support to the team of Consultants in the management of their projects.
We offer to incorporate to a very demanding and professional company, with an excellent working environment and good conditions. Indefinite contract. Full working day. Salary: 15.000 € gross + variable qualitative.
Descripción del candidato We are looking for person with a high or medium level of education (Bachelor or Graduate degree) and a good cultural level. It is not necessary a previous experience in these duties, although the following skills will be determinant: dynamism, autonomy, resolution and initiative as well as a strong motivation to learn and develop professionally. It will be necessary to have an excellent level of English and/ or French. Advance user of Office programs.
