Descripción de la invitación Position's primary focus is to provide technical on-site IT support to the JTI Mexico operations which will involve working closely with Global JTI IT Teams. Additionally, the role will be involved in helping the business assess and implement IT improvements (systems and software) and require some IT project management experience. 2 specific projects planned in the mid-term are the implementation of SAP and a global trade marketing tool.
On site support will cover areas of computer operations, computer repair, supervising wire and cable installation, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk (support office staff) and data management in conjunction with Global IT.
The role will work with Global IT Teams to review, analyze, recommend (via a business case) the implement of new software to support operations and support the local implementation of Global upgrades.
The role will include managing the IT budget, managing all local IT assets and ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.
Descripción del candidato Minimum experience of 1 year of IT related activities.
Fluent English is required to ensure communication with Global Teams. Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) with operating knowledge of other IT products.
