Job Responsibilities:
·
Orchestrating
efforts to drive revenue and market share growth while ensuring unparalleled
service levels.
·
Build relationships
with Merchant’s management and decision makers that engenders: trust, confidence, loyalty,
awareness and mutual benefit.
·
Analyze and
understand the customer and their business including future direction of the
business.
·
Responsible of
cross-selling product and services to meet customer goals.
·
Represent the voice
of the customer to internal organizations and manage escalation on their
behalf.
·
Develop reports
to track the results and summarize analytical trends to establish actionable
recommendations.
·
Develop and track
marketing and optimization efforts with key customers.
·
Serve as the
product consultant and subject matter expert on PayPal operations processes,
procedures, and policies during the term of the relationship.
·
Learning
merchants’ product pain points and wish list; understanding their priorities
and urgency, ensuring that this is shared with the adjacent Business Units.
·
Keep close
contact with the portfolio and have bimonthly meetings with merchants
Descripción del candidato Job Requirements:
·
Experience in
Sales and Business Development.
·
Experience with
online eCommerce platforms a plus.
·
Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
·
Must have
previous experience selling in complex environments and non-traditional
industries.
·
Experience on
selling financial services goods is desirable (banking or financial
institutions).
·
Track record of
cross selling products and services within an account.
·
Demonstrate
critical thinking skills – experience managing complex customer issues from
inception through resolution.
·
A high level of
personal accountability and responsibility.
·
Excellent written
and verbal communication skills.
·
