Descrição da oferta Key Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative and logistic support to in-room training events and incentives.
•Administrative support to the Learning and Development Department and interface communication with Trainers.
•Weekly contacts with the e-learning platform providers and follow-up on pending projects and technical issues.
•To give full support on e-learning training content development and storyboard correction.
•Reporting and control for sales force training completion.
•Administrative support to DGERT certification process submission.
•Responsible for all administrative records on Tied Agent Certification process

Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:
•Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) – mandatory
•Business communication skills – mandatory
•Business proficiency English – mandatory
